Projects now arriving as scheduled
SharedStatus gives you all the tools you need to make your projects succeed.
Assign and Manage
The SharedStatus Dashboard lets you stand back and plan your day with just a glance. Not only can you see what you have on deck, you can see how tasks you've assigned to others are coming along.
There are also customizable views that let you quickly scan what's happening in the projects that are important to you.
Adding people to a project in SharedStatus helps you bring them together. Through the project the entire team can focus on what needs to be done, by whom and when.
Team members can collaborate through messages and comments, and share resources through the project's file storage area.
A task in SharedStatus is more than just a to-do item on a project. Tasks can be assigned to other project team members and the assignee has the option of declining the task, making it clear what they can and can't get done.
Tasks can also serve as a conversation point, allowing the assigner and assignee to communicate directly within the task. Keeping tasks within a project organized is easy with the ability to attach one or more labels to a task. You an even attach a file to a task.
Messages in SharedStatus are a lot like email messages, except far more efficient. When you create a message in a SharedStatus project, everyone on the team is able to see and respond to it.
Messages can also include a file attachment. Since the message conversations are stored permanently in the project they are easy to find by browsing or searching for them.
Share and Organize
Organizing a SharedStatus project is easy with Labels. Color coded labels are global to a project and can be applied to any Message, Task or File added to the project.
You can apply more than one label to an object in case it falls into multiple categories.
File storage in SharedStatus allows you to hold any type of file, of any size, in your project's file area. Once a file is placed in the file storage area every member of the project team has access to it.
If a file is attached to a task or message it will also appear in the File area (with a link to which task or message it's attached to).
Stay on Top
Notifications are designed to help you stay on top of your project even if you're not in the SharedStatus application.
Your account settings allow you to define how you want to be notified for that particular account; whether it's detailed notifications as soon as something happens or a summary email that tells you what happened in the last 24 hours.
