How does the Free account work?
We give you a fully functioning account that supports up to 3 projects and 20 users. For the first 15 days we're adding in 1GB of disk space. If you like the file storage you can upgrade to a paid account and make it permanent.
What happens after the 15 days are up?
If you choose not to upgrade to one of our paid versions, your account will lose the ability to add files. All other aspects of your account will remain active.
What do I have to provide when I sign up?
Your name, email address, a password for your account and what name you want for your account. That's it. If you decide to go with our paid accounts we will ask you for your credit card information too, but that's only if you decide to use our paid account.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We can take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. We do not accept purchase orders or checks.
What is the contract length?
There is no long term contract with SharedStatus – it is a monthly service. You can cancel your account at any time. You can even downgrade to a free account if you decide that's all you need. You can see more details in our Terms of Service page.
How do you use the information you collect from me?
To summarize it, your data is your data, not ours. We may send you the occasional email (which you can opt out of). You can see complete details of what we collect in our Privacy Policy.
Do you have a policy for handling Copyright violations?

What if I need more than Pro Plus?
No problem! We can expand your Pro Plus account with additional users and more file space by adding them manually to your account. Please contact our support team for those higher rates.
