Stop answering
“where is my shipment?”

Give your customer one link for the whole shipment. You post updates as it moves, they check it whenever they want, and you see when they have looked.

Your customer opens one link. No account, no portal, no tracking number that shows nothing useful.

For freight forwarders • Customers never log in • Free to try

  • One link per shipment

Share one link when you book. The customer checks it instead of calling the office.

  • You control what they see

Nothing reaches the customer until you post it. No half-finished updates going out by accident.

  • See who is watching

Know when your customer opened the page and how often. Useful when they go quiet, and when they do not.

How it works

A simple way to keep customers updated on time-critical freight.

Step 1

Create the page

Add the AWB or reference and send the link with your booking confirmation.

Step 2

Post updates as it moves

Collected, manifested, departed, landed, cleared, delivered. One line each, timestamped.

Step 3

They stop chasing

Your customer checks the link instead of emailing you for an ETA.

Common questions

Who is this for?

Freight forwarders handling shipments customers care about: AOG and aerospace parts, time-critical freight, on-board courier, project cargo and anything where the customer wants to know where it is right now.

Is this a tracking system?

No. It shows what you post. Multi-leg shipments across several carriers have no single tracking number, so this is the one place your customer can look.

Does it replace CargoWise or my forwarding software?

No. Keep using it for the operational side. This is only the customer-facing update.

Do customers need an account?

No. They open a link. Nothing to install, nothing to log in to.

How long does it take to set up a shipment?

About a minute. Add the reference and post the first update.

Who can see the page?

Only people you send the link to. Pages are not indexed by search engines and there is no public directory. If you would rather not show a customer name, use just the AWB.

How much does it cost?

Free while we are working with our first forwarders.

Send your next urgent shipment as a link.

Set up a shipment page in a couple of minutes. Post updates as it moves.
